Businiess name:  Place To Be Apartments

Review content:
Place To Be Properties is a front company that will attend to your every need until the lease is signed. However, once you write out your signature it's over. The management is quick to argue over every little detail. Repair jobs are sometimes done on time and often have to be repeated. Nickel and diming occurs as I was literally off by ten cents one month with my rent (consider that i had been a good employee for a year) due to a simple money order error. The company treated me like a criminal and threatened to report me to creditors over 10 cents! Also, plenty of shady neighbors will move in. Though they claim to do background checks, my latest neighbor's apartment reeks of pot 24/7 and drug deals go on late into the night. Also, get used to rude management, BJ is the only leasing agent with any true compassion and competency, the rest are blood-suckers who will hound you day and night about the one unit you saw "being the last one". I would run, not walk from this company if given the choice. P.S: Take a look at the positive reviews for Place To Be; all of them within the last four months and all glowing. Seem shady? You be the judge.
