I worked for Trish Nugent as her law clerk for two years while I was in law school. I was able to observe her work with clients in mediation. She is an excellent listener, compassionate, and efficient. When couples initially appeared stressed and weary, she was able to help them through the negotiations and enable them to develop a resolution that was fair, equitable and develop good parenting plans.
