We had made an agreement to have our payment taken out on the 17th prior to the first. This was going good for a while but now they are under new management and have no doc on it so, the last few months we have been getting late notices and 10.00 late charges. I continue to pay the late charge and ask they take it out on the 17th. They say will do going forward and then next month same thing. They say now it is due on the 1st and it is not his fault that we can't pay our bills. I don't need to hear that. I don't need to have someone put me down and say when I'm trying to talk to just listen to them and let them talk and that I've had my say. This person does not know me or my financial status to judge me. That was rude. My husband became angry and started name calling because of the way I was being talked to or should I say talked down to. A simple sir please call back when you have calmed down and we can discuss this without name calling would of been good. I guess I understand they are under new management but, one or 2 times is a mistake ok but 3 and then being talked down to. That is 30.00 in late fees when we could of avoided this the first time if they would of said we can't do that you have to pay on the first. We will be looking for a new storage unit. I work for a big Co. I know I would of been written up for talking to someone that way. Oh, did I mention our conversation ended with him hanging up on us. Hope nobody has to go thru what we have been going thru. It is sad to think that we have been renting from them for at least 2 years with no problems and now that they are under new management we have had nothing but billing problems.
