I received a very thourough orientation to the vehicle, which was sorely needed! Helping me to set up the blue tooth was so very much appreciated, as well as the easy to understand explanations of the electronics. This is my first NEW car, so the up to the minute bells and whistles are all new to me! They made the process go so smoothly. I did not feel pressured to buy a specific model. I felt like they wanted me to have the best car for me and my needs, not the best deal or the best profit maker for the dealership. I also appreciated the coupons for service and equipment.
