Service dept at Hall Imports far exceeds my expectations at every visit. Previous dealers I worked with made me wait for several minutes after I pulled in the garage. Mazda service techs are consistently standing there waiting for me and hold the door as I exit the vehicle. outstanding. Personal service. Everyone I deal with there remembers my name the next time I come in. Everyone is friendly, which is unusual for a dealership in my previous experience.
