I despise the cary buying process and I had a complicated transaction, because I was turning in a Saturn for a credit through GM. Nikki stuck with me through the whole deal and made sure that I qualified for all of the incentives available on my new Chevrolet Equinox. She also made sure that I was well cared for, even when I dealt with departments other than the sales. She would check in regularly and was willing to answer any question I may have or ask any on my behalf. If you are in the market for a new Chevy and you live in the Chicago area, head over to Jennings and ask for Nikki. It was totally worth the experience.
