Wow, there have been a few people with problems recently! I felt I had to add our experience of the Spa. We travelled on our Honeymoon. I booked the Spa in advance over email (easiest international method) and the staff were very curteous (or at least as much as you can be by email). I booked a couples facial (no massages due to back problems) and an hour in the Couples Retreat. My wife is a regular Spa user in the UK and loves this kind of thing. I am not, as a bloke I rarely use services like this. It was a great way to relax together, the staff that we had were all excellent. The place was busy on a Tuesday afternoon, so clearly a lot of people like this spa. My wife described the facial as the best that she has had, so that is our benchmark. The Couples retreat was fun, although we had a slight problem with the plug in the hot tub and had to fill it up a couple of times. There is now a small clock in the room, there was a previous comment about not knowing the time, so you can now know how long you have been in there. The mimosas, fruit and cheese was lovely. Only slight complaint is that with the ornamental gas fire it does get very hot in here. The steam shower definitely worth a shot and fills the entire retreat with steam! Overall, although this isn't cheap it was value for money and we came away feeling very relaxed and without any kind of complaint.
