Good: This is the 3rd car I've taken here. They are always extremely quick ordering and replacing my windshield. They call the make an appointment usually the same day as the claim.. Bad: When I picked up my car there were cigarette ashes everywhere. When I confronted them about it all they said they could do was apologize. I was upset since I don't smoke and now I had to vacuum ashes out of my car. I don't think my car should be given back to me dirty when it was clean and ash free when I brought it to the shop.. Improvements: Better work ethic: They should not be smoking in or around other people's cars while on the clock. Better Customer Service: If a customer complains they should do something about it.. Other: I will now take my service to another place. They obviously are not in need of my business if they didn't insist on cleaning up a mess they obviously made. I've never had a problem before now so if you don't mind your car being dirty when you get it back then this place is fine..
