I went to Wickers the first time because I needed to find a nice local place – I checked my frequent flyer mileage program and decided to give them a try after checking out the menu online. I remembered my mother had enjoyed it over a decade ago and I am glad we went. The service was very attentive and kind. It was a special occasion for our small group and the staff recognized it and sent free sodas to the table (what I was drinking) – no it may not have been much but it meant the world to me on a day that was very special to me. One of my friends has several food allergies and asks a lot of questions. The staff has always gone out of their way to find out what is in a dish and ensure that it is made to order. The prices are moderate, the food is very good and the ambiance is pleasant. The bar in the corner seems to be a popular spot but it is far enough away from the dinning area that we never hear it.
