HORRIBLE SERVICE. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS. Sold us service contract on washer but when it broke and could not be repaired refused to replace it, even after we took off work to stay home for repair man to come SEVEN TIMES and after last repair man said he could not fix machine.
