Review content:
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a vet. Dr. Nikki Siebert was abhorrently rude, completely unprofessional, and frankly incompetent. She showed absolutely no concern or compassion for my scared and sick cat or for me. I came their seeking help. She rolled her eyes and told me I was a waste of her time because I could only afford to do about $400 worth of tests at that time instead of over $1000. This is after spending about $700 with them in weeks prior, during which time I also saw glimpses of her rudeness and unprofessionalism, but tried to overlook it, believing that she was a cat expert and hoping to get my cat the help he needed. She was downright verbally abusive. She stomped out of the exam room and I was just completely stunned. I couldn't believe a doctor would treat a patient that way. At least the assistant apologized and assured me that it wasn't my fault and that Dr. Siebert is unfortunately just often "that way". It was very upsetting. She seems to be unstable and a bully. In addition, her treatment recommendations were as flippant and inconsistent as her demeanor.
