Good: Roto Rooter showed that they were vested in helping solve the issue immediately. They coordinated with the City a preliminary assessment of the problem before they even arrived. Upon arrival, Vano's (#903) professionalism and expertise was evident from minute one. He removed the roots growing in the sewer line, and provided extra valued service above and beyond. You could sense he was in control and knew how to handle any plumbing situation. A total team effort by Roto-Rooter from the get go!.
