Review content:
I had a condenser motor replaced in my HVAC at three times the cost! I called monday afternoon and was told that the earliest appointment was wednesday, I was okay with that. after suffering through 2 miserably hot nights the technician showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He opened the unit and after doing some diagnostics summized that it was the condenser fan (he said they're pretty expensive). He went out to the truck to see if they had one in the shop...as luck would have it "they did" ONE LEFT. I assume thats a standard answer to get the customer to agree to purchase. It was supposed to reach 95 today and over 100 tomorrow so I basically had no choice since I took the day off and couldn't take another...I reluctantly agreed to the price. 725.00 installed! It was robbery! But I have a young child and had to get it done. after researching websites I saw the same exact part (new) for $222! I don't begrudge a guy making a buck but this place seems to be excessive in it's pricing. The labor is also ridiculous...$99 for first half hour $40 for each additional 15 minutes! thankfully he took only 1/2 hour to install. Customers beware...if you can be patient and have time to research you're probably better going elsewhere.
