Businiess name:  Tire Tracks
Review by:  Bill L.
Review content:
I have taken my vehicles to Tire Tracks for years and trused their service until this week. I dropped off my son's vehicle to have a tire replace and when I picked it up the front bumper had been pulled loose and was hitting the pavement. The service tech said he didn't know if he had hit the curb because the radio was so loud and he didn't hear anything. Obviously I couldn't have driven to the shop with the bumper hitting pavement but they refuse to provide customer service and fix the damage they caused. I have been quoted almost $1000 to repair. Beware of taking your vehicle to Tire Tracks. You are gambling with your vehicle because if they damage it they will not accept fault.
