Michael Price is my neighbor, while out of town, and being his first customer, we ask him to finish painting the living room and loft...I prepaid him 1250.00 when I had estimates of 800.00 only to help him start his business. Well, we come home, and my house was a mess. Part of my trim was painted white, while the rest of my house is cream. additionally, the job was no where done. Come to find out, that the painters that he subcontracted never got a dime from him for the work that they did do even though it was wrong. Michael Price like to preach about God, but certainly dont live his own preachings. So now I paint....until my house is done, and out the 1250.00 for now,. but not for long! If you are looking for someone who KNOWS about home improvement, better to look somewhere else. He is not a handy man, and subs out, but does not do withholding or 1099"s on his people.
