Ever book an appointment at the trendiest spa around, walk in and feel the stress rise as a snooty secretary gives you the up and down with a judgmental tilt of the head and rolls of the eyes? Ever feel overwhelmed by a cold, supposedly chic interior design and a mix tape of new wave music that makes your skin crawl? Fortunately for you, not a chance of that happening at Vitality. Once inside, you are greeted by a fantastic, yet not overpowering aroma, a relaxing color scheme, soft lighting and candles flickering. All obviously centered on calming the body and mind. At the front desk, more often then not, you'll find the owner (not some preoccupied teenage girl) ready to offer suggestions on what treatment would be best suited for your needs. My recommendation: go for any of the massages. Norm is the best I've ever had without a doubt and I've heard the other therapist is just as fab. The manicure and pedicure room keeps in alignment with the general aura and the ladies there are amazing. I have yet to experience any of the facials, but have friends who go regularly with rave reviews. Great, great place and I make it a point to point anyone I know in Vitality's direction. Women and men....you can't go wrong. I'll even venture out on a limb and guess you won't walk out the door before booking your next appointment!!
