Review content:
Please do not go to this dealership! I traded in my old leased altima for a new rogue. The dealer promised to take care of the wear and tear damage when I handed in my old car. Turns out that he was not authorized to do that. Furthermore, I did not get it in writing. A week after handing him the car, I get a bill from nissan stating that I I owe $1200 in wear and tear damage. When I go to the dealership, the dealer was not there and no one can find him. Also, the lease manager and general manager were very rude and unhelpful. I had to spend 3 days at the dealership complaining until the owner Joe Valentino finally intervened and agreed to pay the bill. The customer service is horrible. The way they treat people is terrible. I'm sure that what they did to me is common practice for them. The dealer makes false promises, then disappears, then the managers turn stone wall and hope the customer goes away. If they don't, then Joe comes in like the "good guy". BEWARE!!!!!!
