(More) After the 2011 blizzard, out roof started to leak. After our insurance adjuster's recommendation, we contacted JBD solutions. First impression was that this company is unprofessional. After explaining to Brandon our situation, his reply was that is not an emergency. Against, my better judgment, we had them come out and give us an estimate. First off, Ron was not prepared, if yo u have a leaking ceiling, you know you have to look ontop the roof, Ron had no ladder to do so, then once in the attic no flashlight to look around. This was 2/9/2011. Ron then told me, that Mike would either call me that afternoon or first thing in the morning, 2/10/2011. Today is 2/11/2011 and I am still waiting. It is unprofessional, first of all to say well it is not an emergency, it may not be to you, but to us it was an emergency. Showing up unprepared, how can a "handyman" not have the essential tools? Then waiting 2 days for a quote is ridiculous! does not deserve even 1 star rating.
