Review content:
My experience was terrible. I bought a used (2009) car from them and received a phone call from them two weeks later telling me the wrong VIN number had been put on the contract. They wanted me to bring the car back and pay an extra $2200 to keep it or accept the car that was on the contract. I had never even test drove the other car! When I refused, the sales manager threatened to send the police after the car. I was blown away. I told them I wanted my old car and my down payment back. They backed down after this and drew up a new contract with the correct VIN number and had me come in and sign. I sent an email to the General Manager and never heard a word back. Really poor customer service. Beware!!!!!
