Called them b/c chocolate milk was spilled in my daughter's room and "supposedly" cleaned up but a day later... our whole house was smelling of rotten milk! Ugh! They were able to come within an hour from when I called! I couldn't believe it... other companies said it would be two days before they could come out and we couldn't have waited that long! The prices are reasonable and the owner was very nice, professional, and thorough. He told me exactly what he could do and what to expect. I appreciated that. Since I have 3 young and ACTIVE children and we are getting our carpets cleaned every few months it seems like I have had a lot of companies in my home. I have to say my carpets have never looked this good. Honestly. I'm very happy with the result. Oh, and the spilled chocolate milk.... amazingly - it's gone. Completely. Yay! Thanks for doing such a fantastic job!
