Seeking Solace is a wonderful new studio in PV. It's mission is to bring healing yoga to the community. My practice has evolved from doing postures and getting a workout to really learning why I am doing a pose in addition to how. Because of her smaller class sizes she's able to tailor her sessions to the individuals in the class thereby giving everyone what they need.
