Review content:
We used this local title company when we recently re-financed our house. There were no problems and the process was very smooth and painless. Of course, there is a lot of paperwork and signatures necessary, but the staff person from Pioneer explained everything we were signing and seemed knowledgeable about the process and had clearly done it many times before. It’s nice to have confidence in the title company when you’re signing your life away.
