Businiess name:  San Antonio's Modern Mexican

Review content:
We went to San Antonios because we love good Mexican food and were curious about this new Southpark restaurant. The "lo-carb" (low sugar) margaritas were great; the fried oyster appetizer was spicy and tasty. My husband ordered the skirt steak after the waitress described the other steak as a "diaghragm" (kinda a funny remark but not very appetizing--I don't think I've ever heard a steak described by the body part from whence it came)! He found it to be tasty but very fatty. I ordered the chicken burrito and it was delicious. The biggest disappointment was the blandness of the salsa and the $10 guacamole. It was not only mild----but void of flavor. They offered us some hot sauce, which didn't help. We hit the Pepto Bismol when we got home. It's definitely not "lite" food, and there's little flexibility in how it's prepared. I'll give it three stars. If they improve the guac and salsa, I might give it four. It's worth a try! Pros: lo carb margaritas; great atmosphere; great service Cons: bland salsa and guacamole
