Our sewer line was backed up. We live in the Philadelphia area. Today my husband called Roto-Rooter at 8:00am because our sewer line was backed up. He was told that someone would be here by 9:00am. At about 8:45am the door bell rang and it was the Roto-Rooter plumber arriving with a smile on his face and ready to tackle the job. I explained the problem and within an hour the job was finished and everything was working properly. He did not leave my home until all of the pipes were running properly and everything was working as it should. The plumber was very imformative and knowledgeable about the issues and how to fix them. He cleaned the sewer line and made sure that the toilet, tub, sinks,and washer machine were all working properly. He was kind and courteous and very helpful. He also gave helpful information of what to do in the future and also diagnosed other future issues and explained our options in getting the issues rectified and providing cost information. I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again!!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!! The service was excellent!!!!!!!
