My laundry tub suddenly stopped draining the water. Had tried several times to correct the problem but after the water did not drain over 1-1/2 days, realized it was time to call in the professionals.
Called the office at approximately 2 P.M. on Thursday 2/17 and was given an appt. time for approximately 1 hour later. When the gentleman arrived (before the 1 hour promised) he was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He did a great job in cleaning out the pipe and I have been washing ever since.
I would not hesitate to recommend and/or use Roto-rooter myself again. The Roto-rooter gentleman cleaned up after himself and left my laundry room tub in
great working condition. Great jog and very people oriented staff.
