I hate to do this. I really like to support small businesses. And, I tried to support Boris Carpet Care. He cleaned one room of carpet and an area rug for me. His equip/product left big white stains in my carpet. I called him to fix it. He came back and SOAKED my carpet a second time. Both times took well over 30 hours to dry. The stains came back. When I called to tell him about it a second time, he said it was the solution he used and that it had "nothing to do with him". I couldn't seem to convince him that the product he chooses to use in his business has EVERYTHING to do with him. He would not come back to take care of the soapy stuff left it my carpet. It is by far the WORST carpet "cleaning" job I have every seen. And, I am now faced with hiring someone eles to take the corrosive substance out of my carpet. I give him minus 5 stars for attitude!
