I would like to take a moment to tell you how pleased my wife and I are with the way your employees handled our recent move.On December 8, one of your crews moved us from Bakers field to Fresno.The driver and his two loaders were a joy to work with. The move was somewhat complicated by the fact that I was recovering from knee replacement surgery. Part of the load had to be taken to a nearby storage unit. They handled our goods with care and displayed good humor the whole day. Nothing was damaged or broken. During the unloading they displayed patience and did not rush things, even though the hour was getting late. The impressions employees leave with customers can make or break a company. We have already recommended your company to friends of ours. I usually do not write letters like this, but in this case , I wanted to let you know that you know that you are well represented by your employees.
