We've taken our cars to the Big O in Castle Rock and the one on Castle Pines Parkway and they've both been great. The service is fast and they're always honest about how long it's going to take. A couple of times I've gone in for a tire rotation and balance and when I got there they said it would be a few hours so I shouldn't stay. Much better than them lying and me sitting there for two hours. The waiting area isn't anything to write home about, but they do have an area where you can sit and wait. The prices are reasonable, and they people are always very nice.
