Completely agree with the last review!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First I do not normally have time to sit and wait for 5 hours for them to show up. Not only had to do this once but TWICE bc they did a horrible job the first time and had to redo. I was told they would call 30 min before to ensure I was there. No phone call either time. I paid extra for their "deep cleaning". I could've done a better job by myself in 15 min.
I was also promised that a different crew would be sent to redo the horrible job. Surprise!! I opened the door to the same crew that had messed it up the first time. I definitely DID NOT feel comfortable letting 2 women who KNEW that I had complained on them back into my home. Dara informed me that her job was to make sure the girls learned from their mistakes. LEARN AT SOMEONE ELSE'S PLACE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
I also had to get up numerous times when they asked me to come "see if this is good enough." This is YOUR job and YOU should know when it is a good job. It took 2 weeks for them to get back to me about rescheduling their botched job. Dara told me what I wanted to hear but DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS MAID SERVICE. NOT WORTH THE TIME, STRESS OR THE MONEY!!!!
