Review content:
No one likes going to the hospital but I have had to go here 2 times. Both times to the ER. Both times I was given in adequate care and the staff was either untrained or very new to practicing medicine. My first visit I was bleeding from my hand on the floor and had to wait for about 2 hours to see a nurse who took my blood pressure. The "DR" came in and was maybe 25 years old and he didn't know what to do it seemed. He kept leaving as if to ask someone down the hall what to do. He injected a numbing agent into my finger but I could still feel the tip. It was so overfilled my finger looked like a sausage and he could not pump any more fluid into my finger. Anyways I told him I could still feel the end of my finger and he told me that I would just have to be strong. He then proceeded to cut underneath my finger nail to cut my nail off as it had been cut in half already. Worst pain ever. Anyways I got a call from their "Customer Service" line a few weeks later for a "how was your trip" questionnaire. I told them everything, she apologized and said she would get her manager to call me back. Never heard from them again. Nice.
