I used this company for a long distance move and found Acclaimed Movers to be the most unprofessional and dishonest company I've ever encountered. They do not honor binding estimates. They will not put customers through to supervisors. They will say anything they need to get your business and then, once they have your belongings, they will not honor their word. You either pay them what is basically a ransom for your belongings or they will not give your belongings back to you. They also bash customers who complain about them on the internet, so beware. You may find your name being thrown around on the web if you make them mad. Either let them rob you, or they will slander you, as well as rob you. Run, run, run from this company.
Also, beware of their "inventory list". They mark all of your belongings as "damaged and worn" so they won't have to be responsible for damage they cause. They marked a brand new chair as "very worn and scratched". Unbelievable. And my belongings arrived as if they'd been through a war zone.
