We bought some land in the Larkspur area sort of on a fluke. We were looking and noticed that they had free area maps so we stopped in. We spoke to Dave and he was above and beyond helpful. Even though we were only buying land (small commission for him) he came by our house at 8 at night to go over paperwork with us. He helped us understand what was going on even when the bank messed up. He's just a great guy and a great realtor. They also have offices in Castle Rock, so if you're buying in either of those areas I highly recommend them.
