Called on the phone, talked to Rudy, made an appointment for the next morning and was in and out in minimum time, after a test drive and paperwork. Working with Rudy was a breeze, but I am still waiting for his return call after the deal, to get the front seat adjustment bar fixed. Must be a thin deal. But, I love the truck and very happy with the purchase, even though they tacked on about $1000 for the bed liner and scotch guard. So, it just may be who you talk to first, to get you the deal you expect. Ask for Rudy, and go on a Monday when there are few customers.
