Full house Hardie board siding installation, roof and structural repairs, new energy efficient windows and doors.
Perfect execution. Wonderful to work with. Simply beautiful and professionally done. Could not be happier. At every point where the workmen could have taken a shortcut, they did the correct work instead, and without haggling or nagging over the details. They just did it right the first time.
We chose EA for a major repair job on our house because they insisted on doing it right.
Other bidding contractors (reputable, all Hardie certified) suggested covering up some issues with water infiltration. On the other hand, EA told us they would not do the job unless the underlying issues were also repaired.
We concurred. Turns out that if we had listened to the other guys, our living room floor would be well on the way to collapse from water entering at an unflashed deck interface - a "present" from the original builder. Only by removing the deck prior to re-siding could the issue have been fixed, and the other guys simply didn't want to bother.
EA fixed it all, for LESS than the guys who just wanted to cover it up. Bravo and thanks.
