I should have done my homework. Since all the good reviews mention the salesman Jay, I sould have asked where he went when i called Excel and said a friend recomended Excel Granite and to ask for Jay, I was told he no longer worked for them. Well this is the worst place we have ever dealt with. My husband is a contractor and we will make sure NO more of our customers deal with these crazy people. They are rude and threatening on the phone. They do not return calls except to threaten to come to the house and rip out the granite, and their work is just ok, nothing special. STAY AWAY!!! Check out the Better Business Bureau report on them, there are many complaints filed.
