If you want to pay someone so you can clean your own house, this is the one to try. We have a medium sized house with a small family and we rarely invite people over, so we're pretty easy customers, just the basic dust and vacuum. We're pretty clean, but very busy, They have been out 4 times now, and each time, have left entire sections of the house unclean, un-vacuumed and un-wiped. They took out the garbage- all the way to the living room and LEFT IT THERE! I came home to dripping kitchen garbage on my carpet because they couldn't walk it another 10 feet into the garage. Oh, and they broke our bathroom faucet off. We had to call a plumber to fix the pipe in the wall that they bent. When I called the manager about it, he questioned my honesty. When I told him I still have the note they left explaining what they did, he stopped questioning. So now, our house is worse off than before Merry Maids.
