STAY AWAY, LOUSY HAIRCUT AND LOUSY SERVICE. I took my son here to get a nice haircut and the woman (name starting with a V) basically put his hair in a blender. It is honestly the worst haircut I have ever seen on anyone, nothing lines up and there is a portion in the back that was not cut at all, it sticks straight out! And, when I asked her to try to fix it she blamed my husband saying he did not tell her what to do when he just said for her to trim it, long on top and short on the bottom. She then tried to cut the bangs evenly and they are not even and they are now less than an inch long. We are going to have to shave his head and start over. So, I talked with the owner who then told me that giving us our money back was all they would do. I asked them to make sure this person never cut another child's hair and she said that it was my husband's fault and that other hairstylists who did not even look at it said it was fine. I was shocked by her lack of concern about the horrible job her hair butcher did and she never even saw how bad it was. Frankly, the lack of concern and apology and customer service and the fact that someone who does not know how to cut hair is there makes me sure no one else should experience this. Oh, and the woman cutting his hair shook the whole time, it made my husband very uncomfortable and it was frankly, creepy. The manager was unconcerned about this as well. I have never seen such a lack of concern and such horrible ability. I recommend supercuts instead!
