Review content:
I have a few comments and suggestions to Timesbook:
1. The choice of books is not as good as Bookseed in a variety of specific field.
2. The time from receiving the order to sending out the package is very fast.
3. I guess someone must have made a mistake when sending the package out, because USPS actually once returned the package to Timesbook. Your staff contacted me and checked every information but it turns out that my address, phone number and name are correct in the system. The second time is successful. Customer service is generally fine.
4. Delivery using USPS Media Mail is extremely slow.
5. I am not sure if Timesbook has the permission to import books that are not published in mainland china. Actually I think Timesbook really need the ambition to expand its variety of books -- should have more books published in Taiwan, HK, US and CA, in Chinese and English. Right now I actually use Amazon and YesAsia for these books.
6. Need to improve the website in a lot of utility aspects, although the look is not bad. Besides, an English version website is necessary.
You are welcome to call me at 401-441-9816 for more suggestions.
Sincerely,
Wei Cheng
