WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The sales manager promised us a full detail on our car (there was a pet odor issue) but has since weaseled out of it. Every step of the way has been a run-around. They offered, and repeated, SEVERAL times to do a full detail and never did it. We dropped it off one day (about 10:30 am), only to have them claim it was done ONE HOUR LATER (when they said it would take 4 hours). When I saw the car, I pointed out that it had been washed and waxed, but that nothing was done on the inside: no detailing, nothing done about the odor. They insisted they would do it right this time and told us to come back at 3pm. We called at 3pm and they said it would take 24 hours to do it. "So, why did you tel us 3pm if it takes overnight?"....okay, they said, make it 5pm and it will be done. At 5pm we picked up the car--ODOR STILL THERE--and noticed the only thing we could tell they had done was shampoo the floorboards (which wasn't even the main issue in the first place...we wanted the upholstery shampooed to get rid of the ODOR!! because that's where we thought it was coming from). We called them from the parking lot to tell them what had and had NOT been done. Okay, they said, call us tomorrow and we'll get on rescheduling it and we'll do it right this time, they said. Whatever they DID do only made the smell worse, which made us think that it wasn't 'pet odor' in the first place, but maybe moldy, mildew problem. Today, talking to Aaron, the Service Dept. manager, he wants to verify that they offered us a full detailing in the first place (which gave me the feeling they were going to try to weasel out of what they had offered NUMEROUS TIMES, a "full detail". Aaron says the sales manager (the bald guy) claims all they offered was a wash (outside) and vacuuming inside and NOT a full detailing (like they offered repeatedly...here comes the weaseling out of it...). Now all they are willing to do is treat it with a de-ionizer overnight, with no guarantee that it will fix the problem, but it's all they feel obligated to do. So, here we are, only a week and a half with this car and it has been one disappointment after the other, with all kinds of excuses of "miscommunication" sandwiched between pledges to "make us happy" while failing to honor THEIR OWN COMMITMENT TO DO A FULL DETAILING and GET RID OF THAT G.D. ODOR THAT IS NOW *WORSE* somehow, due to whatever they did to it!!! THESE GUYS SUCK!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! IF THEY OFFER YOU SOMETHING, MAKE SURE YOU GET IT IN WRITING AND BE VERY WARY OF IT!! WE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AND WILL NOT BE GOING BACK FOR ANY MORE "SERVICE" Pros: they really do sell cars Cons: everything else
