Review content:
I went there for a re-shoot on a Saturday (I had gone the day before but my 4 month old was sick and did not take a good picture). So, we show up like 6 minutes late for our appoitment and the photographer was busy with another family. The woman at the front stated that their 5:15 appt showed up early so they took them in. Mind you, our appt was at 5pm. Why would they schedule shoots only 15 minutes apart!? I sat and waited with my 2 kids until 5:45 when they finally finshed with the 5:15 family. She rushed us threw the entire shoot and when I asked if I could get more than 1 pose of both my children together she said I only know that one pose. They basically kicked us out because the studio closes at 6 on Saturday, they were running behind and their 5:30 appt was out waiting like we had! And they had the nerve to tell us that we had to come back the next week to actually view the pictures because they were closed. WTH!? Never again will I go there.
