This place is the best kept secret in Coppell, but it need not be so any longer! The environment is truly a retreat from my busy life as a pre-schooler's mom and business professional, and one I highly recommend to those who need a place where they can steal away for their much needed "me" time. Having done years of fitness training, their classes really kick your butt, but in a calm and peaceful manner: something totally foreign in our go-getter lifestyles.
They also just added a space where you can get different types of massage therapy (from sports massage to hot stone therapy), so it's now my one-stop shop for my rest and rejuvenation!
Also, the price is definitely the best in town.
Pros: There is a wide range of classes offered for all skill types and needs. Nice environment!
