Review content:
We just hat CertaPro paint the exterior of our house and are very pleased! We had somewhat neglected the exterior for a number of years and CertaPro has it looking great again! They handled power washing, stucco repair, trim, gates, etc as well as the general painting. Pat Wade is the owner who came to our house for the bid. Pat was very polite, clean and clear in his communication. He printed out a complete estimate before leaving that was very competitive. We were very comfortable working with Pat and he instilled confidence in us so chose CertaPro.
Fernando and Antonio were the workers who were assigned to our house and we were very pleased with them as well. Most of our interactions were with Fernando and he could not have been nicer! He was so polite and kind. His communication was excellent! He let me know each morning when they arrived and were departing. I had no worries about having Fernando in and out of the house (we had some balconies that needed paint from the inside). He and Antonio were such hard workers!!
Only troubles we had were a little bit of overspray on a couple things and some paint chips in the planters, but we cleaned this up the next day without much problem so wasn't a big deal given how great they did on everything else. We also noticed a few things that needed another swipe of paint since it had rained shortly after being painted. Pat and his crew came right back out to fix it immediately and even touched up a couple extra things. We are typically hesitant to hire companies that send a sales guy who doesn't do the work, but since Pat is also the owner, figured he would stand by his work and he did! Customer service was outstanding!
I would highly recommend CertaPro if you are looking to paint your house.
