Description Of Work:
Mr. Chavez replaced the roof on our house and garage with a new roof. We also had him put on a special white coating that keeps your house cool in the summer. He pulled off layers of old roof and put in tile, too. He coordinated with the solar energy installers as well.

My friend recommended Mr. Chavez. Out of all the quotes I got this was my favorite because Mr. Chavez talked to us about the garage roof leaks/weaknesses as well. No one else seemed to notice. We had not moved into the house yet, so it was important that we get it ready as the rains came just after we did the repairs. He and his crew did a good job as far as I can tell. I also found Mr. Chavez to be a very kind and responsive person. Very easy to deal with. This is very important during the stress of moving and buying a new house.
