I was looking for a new pair of jeans last weekend. I wanted to try a straighter fit and asked to see something in my size. I was given a pair of jeans that were way too tight and had quite a bit of flare to them. I asked to see a different size and style, and the guy that was helping me refused. That was it. He thought the pair I had on worked, and was willing to hem them, but if I wasn't going to buy them, he wasn't going to help me.
Now here's the thing. I'm a size 6. I'm not that hard to fit, and jeans in my size just aren't that hard to find. The whole experience was a mystery to me - and I'm sorry I wasted my time.
Pros: good location
Cons: poor service, poor selection, not particularly customer oriented
