Review content:
After my hairstylist of five years left--I decided to call penzone for recommendations. I've been extremely disappointed 2 times now. The first time the woman did not do a very good job cutting my hair--so made an appointment 6 weeks later to fix the cut and add color. The second woman took me back 20 minutes late and then left me for over an hour once she colored my hair in order to take another client. I had scheduled this appointment during my work day - and was furious how little respect this person had for my time. The cut & color were fine but did not make up for the horrible service.
I will not return to this Salon nor would I recommend it to anyone in town.
