I went to Penzone for my hair and nails. I have to tell you that for hair, I was impressed and very happy. Nicole was FABULOUS. I was not impressed with my nails, although they look ok, the experience was not very relaxing. I was rushed and felt like a number. I will return for my hair. They seem to be able to do almost anything, but their bread and butter is hair. They should stick to hair. I would rate my hair experience a 10 and my nails a 2.
