Disappointing!! Given the other dining options on Seabrook and Kiawah, we would recommend Chez Fish as a restaurant of last resort until they get their act together. Food is uninspired (just about everything is served over rice with julienned vegetables and a cream sauce) and our experience featured an undercooked mussel appetizer (a small portion and 25% were unopened) and middle of the road seafood dishes. Wine list is OK. If you don't feel like cooking on Mondays and other restaurants are closed or too far away, visit Chez FIsh but don't expect much. Food at the previous Chez Fish was much much better. Let's hope they improve but we are not going back for a long long time
