While the pediatricians at Atrium Pediatrics are professional and do their jobs satisfactorily, they leave a lot to be desired. The staff are not warm nor inviting; they simply work and that's it. I don't like how the doctors here treat your kids like an object, instead of a human being. They don't take the time to make small talk, and they have a hard time even remembering his/her name. Also, the doctors do not spend much time with their patients, which I find to be very disappointing. (A physical exam took 5 minutes. In contrast, waiting for the exam took 15 minutes.) The nicest thing about this office is their wall murals. The whole place is well painted and has nice magazines to read.
