Too bad one star is the lowest I can give this place. That is much better than what they truly deserve. I tried to let them make it right. If by reading this, ANYONE chooses not to do business here it will make it all worth while. Please, listen to the majority of other users here. I have a laundry list of things that went bad from day one with my Line-X bedliner, my father's bedliner, and finally leading to the leveling kit on my Tundra. My bedliner has been in for workmanship repairs twice since it was sprayed in. My father got lucky, only had to take it back once. However, never could get the correct tie downs for the bed...which finally ended months later with a refund. The BIG issue here is the leveling kit on my Tundra..... Paid for leveling kit, labor of course, and for alignment. Shortly after, I purchased larger (33') BFG All-Terrain KO's to fill in some of the fender space. This was in November, I now have 4200 on my new tires (it's April). I don't pay close attention to tires, etc. Just got new ones, so no worries....Until I went to get my tires rotated. It was brought to my attention that the front two tires were worn badly due to the alignment. Well, I went back to Wade (owner) and he was helpful in trying to get to the bottom of it. As it turns out, the shop that he paid with my dollars had never worked on it. So, today, my truck went in again for yet another Line-X repair, the alignment that was owed, and to have my tires looked at. Long story short, no new tires. . a tire shop local to him indicated that the tire life will have minimal impact due to the bad tire wear. If Google uploads my pics, you will be able to see for yourself that you don't have to be a tire expert to know something went horribly wrong. I would be happy with one tire being replaced as it is worn significantly worse that the other tire. His solution....WHEN it is time for new tires, he will compensate me for the mileage I lost. THAT DOES NOT MAKE ME HAPPY. If I wanted used tires, I would have purchased used tires in the first place. I paid for a professional installation, professional alignment, and bought brand new tires because I wanted it done right, and to look the way I wanted it to. To the Owner, WADE: Call people back WHEN you say that you will. Do what is necessary to fix a problem that YOU are responsible for. I gave YOU my money, so if it is wrong, make it right and sort out the details later; even if you had work done elsewhere. If you are too busy to handle the work you have, hire more staff. I am happy that you took the time to research this situation to find out what the problem was. But you should have come to a much better solution. UPDATE:Ended up working with America's Tires across the street from Wade's Line-X shop and purchased 2 new tires. Gave Wade the opportunity to make it right, but he never got back to me (big suprise). In the end, it ended up costing me $75 to replace the tires. America's Tires simply pro-rated my tires for mileage and took very good care of me. Wade on the other hand has caused more problems. After th 3rd visit for my bedliner, the tailgate on my truck would not operate properly due to the large quantity of line-x that was oversprayed. Fearful to take it back a 4th time, I took the tailgate apart and chipped away at all the excess spray. It's all working perfectly now.
