Being only 23 years old, I had the ambition of being a homeowner. I was looking to move out of my parents’ house and ready to be on my own but soon realized that renting would not be much of an investment. However, as I started looking into buying a home it became apparent that although it was a buyers’ market the banks were being very strict and demanding. So I partnered up with my sister and her husband and started making plans to buy a home together. We interviewed with a couple of realtors and mortgage brokers and all gave us slim possibilities of having the opportunity to own a home in the near future. Browsing online through houses for sale I found Dream Town Realty's Alejandro Guevara. After meeting with Alejandro and laying down our situation, he gave us the assurance that he'd help make our dream become a reality. He was more than happy and eager to help us and even connected us with the Wintrust Morgage team that helped us get approved. Alejandro's ambition and dedication made it possible for me to say that at the young age of 23 I am a proud homeowner. He spent countless hours explaining the extensive process of a shortsale and prepping us on what to expect. Overall, Alejandro is not only dedicated but knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Not once during the process did we feel discouraged because Alejandro’s attitude remained positive and confident that he could help us achieve our goal.
